This past Sunday, the Middle School LOGOS group led the congregation with an antiphonal reading. I am so impressed that each of them was audible, intelligible, and totally eager to be up there in front of everyone. Ashley, Jan, Jared, and Scott -- great job!
THEN our High School LOGOS group dusted off our hand chimes and under Kim Peacock's direction, rang two verses of "Let All Mortal Flesh" as a prayer response. You could have heard a pin drop. Well, if you could hear it over the chimes, that is. Leif, Bruce, Jacob, Meredith, Kelsey, and Carl - you ROCK! er - RING!
Our LOGOS kids are spectacular. People come up to the leaders all the time to exclaim at what the kids have done and while I appreciate hearing it, we really have great material with which to work. Honestly, this group is intelligent, creative, enthusiastic, and generous. I wish we could take credit for it, but God gets the glory!
